Budzinski Releases Second TV Ad, Highlighting Support from Law Enforcement

Springfield, IL – Today, the Nikki Budzinski for Congress campaign is launching its second broadcast television ad of the general election. The ad, called “Walk the Walk”, delivered by former Macon County Sheriff Tony Brown, focuses on law enforcement’s support of Budzinski. The Illinois Police Benevolent Association endorsed Nikki earlier this summer.

Budzinski was the first candidate to begin paid advertising in IL13. “Walk the Walk” will run on broadcast in the St. Louis, and Springfield, Decatur, Champaign media markets.  The ad can be viewed here

The transcript of the ad is below:

Sheriff Brown: A lot of politicians talk the talk about supporting firefighters and police.

Nikki Budzinski walks the walk.

At the firefighters union she worked her tail off to get firefighters the pay, training and respect they deserve.

Nikki’s endorsed by police because she is a strong voice for law enforcement.

And she’ll strongly oppose anyone who wants to defund police.

Nikki Budzinski’s got our back – and we’ve got hers.
